1. Membership:

   Think of our membership as joining a gym-

   As a member of our firm, you’ll get exclusive access to all our nationwide benefits—so in case you were curious, YES we can help you WHEREVER you are on Earth!

   To become a member you must join through our OCP (Onboarding Client Program) first. Then you’ll always be a member— and receive continued access to all our practice perks like discounted sessions, our famed virtual library and faster availability to sessions.

2. Guest: (Drop-In):

   Not quite ready to commit? Still want to figure out how we can help? We got you!

   Many of our long time members started out with a Guest session first.

   Guests can “Drop-in” to have their ERMI Test interpreted, to get validation on next steps, or to see if working with us is the right fit. This options doesn’t come with any of our benefits and there’s often a few weeks before you can get in*. (We do however have Urgent Sunday Appointments for guests to get in sooner)

   Sorry guys—Guests do not have access to vetting, back time or company leads.

Most prospects purchase our ERMI Interpretation first, and then transition into becoming a member, however it’s not a prerequisite.

We start with a 45-m. Zoom intake session where you'll meet directly w/both PJ & Peter. During this comprehensive session, we'll:

• Review any existing data you've collected

• Determine where you are in your healthy home project

• Assess whether you're ready to begin thinking about remediation

• Understand your health concerns & priorities

• Identify your most pressing questions & challenges

• Create a preliminary action plan tailored to your situation

This initial session allows us to gain a complete picture of your unique circumstances and establish a personalized approach to guide you through your next steps. We'll help you make sense of what you already know and identify what additional information might be needed to move forward confidently.

Personalized Health Assessment: Whether you're just a conscious homeowner, or dealing with symptoms or severe sensitivities, we tailor our approach to your specific health risk profile, this includes helping YOU define your own needs. Your health is our priority, and it shapes every decision we make together.

By examining all available data and determining if more information is needed, we create a clear risk evaluation of your living environment.    • Inspectors/IEP’s Leads: Your Project starts by connecting with an amazing Class 3 (or higher!) inspector who will provide that rock-solid foundation you need. We've spent years in the trenches seeing what works & what doesn't in homes across America. We don't just hand out names based on your zip code! Instead, we carefully match you with a curated inspector for your specific situation. And these aren't just any inspectors—they're high-caliber professionals who get it right the first time, saving you from the frustration of repeat inspections that plague so many homeowners! (And yes, we maintain zero financial relationships with any companies we recommend—your best interests are our only focus!)

   • Remediation Approach: Our’s is a bit different than most expect (but in a good way!)

     • Finding Local Company: While we don't have a rolodex of contractors in every zip code (we wish!), we focus on something even better—helping you find & work with the right team for your specific situation. In some major cities, we might know awesome companies from past projects, but our real superpower is teaching you how to find & manage the right partners.

     • Managing Your Project: Here's our secret—successful remediation isn't about discovering that one magical perfect company. It's about building a collaborative relationship where YOU can clearly communicate what matters most to you, and finding partners who are excited to work with our team approach.

     • Tag-Team Vetting: You'll start by talking to potential contractors using our friendly interview guides (complete with those helpful red-flag spotters!). Once you've found promising candidates, we'll swoop in with our technical expertise to make sure they're up to the challenge.

What’s Included?

The membership begins by purchasing our “OCP: Onboarding Client Package” that comes with enough perks to get you started, stable and your project off the ground (or out of the mud). You’ll be prompted to book your 1st intake zoom (45m) & we'll discuss your ENTIRE CASE, providing insight on what’s next, whether it’s an inspection or moving to remediation, we meet you where you are at.

1:1 Sessions w/PJ & Peter:

1. One In-Depth Intake Zoom (45m)

2. One Strategy Call (30m)

3. One Power Up Check-In Call (15m)

1. Ongoing à la carte support: Once you use your calls, which is usually during pre-remediation planning you’ll be able to scale your support using our discounted member sessions as your needs evolve.

2. Investigation: Your case will need investigation, i.e. time to assess photos, video, inspection reports, proposals, workscopes. The OCP includes (1hr) of Investigatory Work or “Back Time”. This is about enough to get you started. Average time per case (3 hrs). You’ll move into hourly rates after your 1hr is used.

3. Expert Interpretations: Make sense of lab results, take the guesswork out of your data, objective perspectives.

4. Virtual Library Access (6m): Gain access to over 10+ hours of content in our evolving Virtual Library, with content tailored to your circumstances. Monthly subscription available AFTER your 6m onboarding expires.
