Who is the OCP Membership for?

Our most popular (OCP) Onboarding Client Program was built to help health conscious, symptomatic or sensitive individuals through any & every phase of healing their home (ex: pre-mold inspection, pre-remediation, during remediation, post remediation, decontamination, after botched renovations, buying a new home, preventing mold, mitigation. etc.). Most prospects purchase our ERMI Interpretation first, and then transition into becoming a client through this program. However it’s not a prerequisite.

OCP is a good fit if your case requires:

1. Investigation Time : OCP includes an initial robust 2hrs of back time (time not in sessions together) to investigate your timeline, case, circumstances, evidence & work scope so we can assess your risk, get you stabilized, and in the right direction based on your goals, budget and proper pace.

2. Weekly Availability : Weekly check-ins, big impact. Stay in the loop & empowered w/your consultant's support.

1. Our 30m. one time mold consultations are a great fit for the holistic-homemaker or renter who is just starting to explore mold & would like to get an idea of where to start, and what to expect.

2. This session is also fitting for anyone needing circumstantial mold guidance, direction or validation regarding their current plan of action OR if you have an ERMI test result and need it interpreted.

One-time mold consults are designed to be used for multiple scenarios and can cover most general topics unless you require referrals, case investigation like: reading inspection reports, multiple test results, remediation scopes, timelines, picture & video assessment, etc. If this sounds more like your situation, you’d want to join our practice and go through our OCP Onboarding Client Package instead.

Urgent Sunday Session

Practice Tier Level: Drop-In Guest or Member/Client

Pros: Urgent Weekend Availability, No wait, No commitment, Gain expert knowledge on the fly

Sunday urgent consultations were implemented to help fill the demand for prospects or clients who are experiencing a true mold crisis, or for those who are in dyer circumstances, and need immediate consulting &/or ERMI test interpretation. Since PJ & Peter have made a solid commitment to balance their work schedule & personal/family life, there is a limit of 2 appointments each Sunday.
