When we take on a client, we're not just looking at the building.

Your symptoms, your sensitivities, your history, your treatment, the way your body responds to different environments, the timeline of what has happened in your home, how the home has been maintained, and all of the data you have now, plus the data you still need.
This is forensic work.
And you're not getting one person looking at your case. You're getting two seasoned experts actively investigating it together.
Your onboarding process includes a forensic investigation where we review your tests, photos, reports, environmental history, and health timeline in depth. This is the foundation of everything that follows. Most of our work happens behind the scenes: analyzing, cross-referencing, strategizing so that when we meet with you, every recommendation is informed, contextual, and specific to your situation.
Most people come to us in the early stages with a few pieces of information but not enough to make major decisions yet. That’s completely normal. We help you gather what is missing, make sense of what you have, and understand what needs to happen next. As you move through each phase, things become more workable because you are doing this in the right order and with the right support beside you.
There’s something else people don’t usually realize until they are in the middle of this.
You are the project manager.
Not the inspector, not the remediator, not your doctor, and not us. It is your home, your health, and your financial decisions. No one else can make those choices for you.
Our role, and the role of this Membership, is to make sure you are not carrying that responsibility alone. We don’t tell you what to do. We help you understand your options, your limits, your next steps, and what each choice means for your health and your home. We are here to steady the process, keep things aligned, and protect you from the unnecessary noise that surrounds this industry.
We’re your advocates, your coordinators, your educators, and your second set of eyes when everything feels like too much. And yes, we take that very seriously. You want people on your side who stay grounded, speak up when it matters, and don’t fold under pressure from contractors or inspectors or anyone else involved. This field is full of opinions, and not all of them are correct or aligned with your health.
This is why we offer one main way to work with us. Our client onboarding is how you enter the process. It is your starting point.
It includes your Intake Zoom and a 30m. follow up call, not as a complete solution but as your foundation. It gets you oriented, supported, and moving in the right direction. From there, members meet with us across additional sessions booked through our discounted member appointments inside the portal. We offer 3 types of availability, which you can read more about on our booking page.
Having the right people on your team makes all the difference. We know what this process feels like and we know how heavy it can be. But it won’t feel like this forever. When you move through the phases in the right order, with the right support, everything becomes more manageable. You avoid unnecessary detours and you save time, stress, and money by not chasing the wrong solutions.
