service overview
We offer two core public services, and a deeper consulting container through our Membership for those actively managing home mold cases or those who would like the benefits of becoming a member.
1. dna dust test (ermi plus) + interpretation
If you’re unsure whether mold is a problem, this is where to start. We interpret your results, assess severity, and help you decide what comes next: usually number 3 our membership.
2. sunday sessions
Perfect for time-sensitive, one-off issues like:
ERMI test interpretation (if you bought your test somewhere else)
Sudden water damage events (e.g., toilet overflowed)
Urgent real estate decisions (e.g., should I buy this?)
Not for mold inspection guidance, remediation planning, or case oversight.
3. membership (phases 1–4+)
Our flagship consulting container for health-focused mold support.
If your home has mold, or you’re at any stage of testing, planning, remediation, or recovery, this is where full-scope support happens.
We guide you through:
Inspector vetting & referral
Test & inspection report review
Remediation & decontamination strategy
Proposal analysis & project planning
Healthy home searching, selling & disclosure strategy
Post-remediation recovery, maintenance & emotional stabilization
Membership is also open to anyone who wants lifetime access to our guidance, tools & referral network—even if you're not in active crisis.
That includes families looking to buy safer homes, prevent future issues, reduce overwhelm, or care for their home more consciously and confidently.
where do you start?
If you are still unsure where to start, just answer this one simple question:
Do you know if your home has a mold problem?
If no, start with a 1. DNA Dust Test (ERMI Plus)
If yes, join number 3. Membership.
That’s it.
We’ll guide the rest.
If you have an ERMI test that needs interpretation, please see number 2. Sunday session.
