Most prospects purchase our ERMI Interpretation first, and then transition into becoming a member, however it’s not a prerequisite.

We start with a 45-m. Zoom intake session where you'll meet directly w/both PJ & Peter. During this comprehensive session, we'll:

(And yes, we maintain zero financial relationships with any companies we recommend—your best interests are our only focus!)

   • Remediation Approach: Our’s is a bit different than most expect (but in a good way!)

In some major cities, we might know awesome companies from past projects, but our real superpower is teaching you how to find & manage the right partners.

     • Managing Your Project: Here's our secret—successful remediation isn't about discovering that one magical perfect company. It's about building a collaborative relationship where YOU can clearly communicate what matters most to you, and finding partners who are excited to work with our team approach.

     • Tag-Team Vetting: You'll start by talking to potential contractors using our friendly interview guides (complete with those helpful red-flag spotters!). Once you've found promising candidates, we'll swoop in with our technical expertise to make sure they're up to the challenge.

     • Your Project's Team: Throughout the process, we're right there with you—providing guidance, ensuring accountability, and making sure everything meets your standards. It's this collaborative spirit that turns potentially stressful projects into successful ones!

The membership begins by purchasing our “OCP: Onboarding Client Package” that comes with enough perks to get you started, stable and your project off the ground (or out of the mud). You’ll be prompted to book your 1st intake zoom (45m) & we'll discuss your ENTIRE CASE, providing insight on what’s next, whether it’s an inspection or moving to remediation, we meet you where you are at.

1. Ongoing à la carte support: Once you use your calls, which is usually during pre-remediation planning you’ll be able to scale your support using our discounted member sessions as your needs evolve.

2. Investigation: Your case will need investigation, i.e. time to assess photos, video, inspection reports, proposals, workscopes. The OCP includes (1hr) of Investigatory Work or “Back Time”. This is about enough to get you started. Average time per case (3 hrs). You’ll move into hourly rates after your 1hr is used.

3. Expert Interpretations: Make sense of lab results, take the guesswork out of your data, objective perspectives.

4. Virtual Library Access (6m): Gain access to over 10+ hours of content in our evolving Virtual Library, with content tailored to your circumstances. Monthly subscription available AFTER your 6m onboarding expires.
